SAHERNA currently ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the US.
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery to US addresses takes 7 to 15 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods and holidays, processing can take a few extra days.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information can take 2 to 5 days to update after the shipping email is sent.
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order so we can correct it. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
